Robbie Coleman's OT goal caps big comeback victory for the Bears.

Fond du Lac, WI - Robbie Coleman scored the game-winning goal in overtime Saturday night to give the club a 7-6 come from behind victory over the De Pere Deacons. The victory earned the Bears a split of the home-and-home weekend series with De Pere.

Friday (L, 6-4) vs. De Pere

On Friday, the Bears fell to the host Deacons by a final score of 6-4. No other information on the game was available.

Saturday (W, 7-6) vs. De Pere

Trailing 5-1 in the second period, things were looking bleak for the home team, until the Bears top line of Robbie Coleman, Ryan Blick and Tyler Grebe decided to take things up a notch.

The Bears got goals from Coleman (2), Tom Glomski, and Blick in the second to cut the four-goal deficit down to just one entering the final frame.

The team then added two more goals midway through the third as Blick and Glomski each found the back of the net once again, putting the Bears ahead 6-5.

With the crowd back in the game, the Bears were looking to put things away, until the Deacons got a crushing game-tying goal with just 1:53 remaining in regulation.

In overtime, with just 1:20 to go, Robbie Coleman got his own rebound in front of the net to bury his third of the game, sending the crowd into a frenzy and giving the Bears a 7-6 victory.

Coleman finished the night with four points (3-1-4). Ryan Blick, in his first game back in several years, finished with two goals and a helper. Glomski and Grebe each added two points to the sheet while Niles Own and Tyler Gross each picked up assists. Justin Demaa finished with 26 saves in net.
