USHL Pre-Season Coming to Fond du Lac September 17

Fond du Lac, WI - The USHL is returning to Fond du Lac.

On Friday, September 17, the Madison Capitols will host their in-state rival, the Green Bay Gamblers, at Blue Line Family Ice Center in a pre-season matchup. Puck drop is 7:05 PM.

The game will be a fundraiser for Blue Line and youth programs at the rink.

The USHL is the top junior hockey league in the United States, featuring teams across the midwest. Madison and Green Bay represent the only two teams from Wisconsin.

The 2021 NHL draft saw 50 players with USHL ties get selected, including three of the top four draft picks, with former USHL defenseman Owen Power going first overall to the Buffalo Sabres.
