Matt Letmanski recorded the hattrick plus added a helper as the Bears shook off a first-period deficit to get the victory. The Bears used four second-period goals, scoring on a third of their shots on goal in the period, to take the lead for good in the penality-filled affair. The Bears committed 10 penalties in the contest while Marquette was whistled nine times of their own. Jordon Foster's impressive season continued as he racked up two more goals along with two assists and six penalty minutes. Noah Blanck, Ryan Smet, and David Shake also scored goals in the contest. Goaltender Justin Davidson stopped 40 of the 44 shots he faced, including an impressive 25 of 26 in the middle frame.

Friday, the Bears will travel to De Pere to face the Deacons who enter the game 1-1 in the GLHL.
