1/19/24 Weekend Preview: Bears and Ice Dogs Square Off for Third Straight Weekend

For the third straight weekend, the Bears and Fox Cities Ice Dog will face one another in GLHL action.
Two teams who have seen quite a bit of eachother so far this season will face off once again, as the Bears will travel up I-41 to take on the Fox Cities Ice Dogs.
The game marks the fifth meeting overall between the two clubs this season, with the Bears having won all four games thusfar.
The Bears have won by scores of 12-7, 7-3 and 10-3 at home, and they picked up a 16-3 win in Fox Cities back in November.
The three-headed monster line of Ryan Sabel (27 points), Anthony Grebe (25 points), and Nick Monfils (23) continue to pace the league in the scoring department, with the linemates ranked first, second, and third respectively in the scoring race. Dillon Fox (19) sits tied for fourth.
Both Bears goaltenders, Justin Davidson (2.40 GAA, .930 save %) and Alex Kruger (4.00 GAA, .880 save %) sit in the top five of goalie leaders as well.
